These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mizanly, a personal finance management and money intelligence application developed by Masood Khan. By using Mizanly, you agree to these terms.
Mizanly provides tools that allow users to record, organize, review, and better understand their personal financial information.
Mizanly is not a bank, lender, broker, investment adviser, accountant, tax adviser, or financial institution and does not hold, transfer, or control your money.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into Mizanly is accurate and complete.
Calculations, balances, forecasts, reports, insights, budgets, projections, Safe-to-Spend information, Money Score information, and other financial intelligence features depend on the information available to Mizanly.
Mizanly's calculations, reports, recommendations, projections, insights, and other financial information are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
They are not professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
You should independently evaluate important financial decisions and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, device, email account, passwords, PINs, and other credentials used with Mizanly.
You should notify Mizanly support if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Mizanly may provide local, exported, or Google Drive backup and restore features. These are provided as convenience tools.
You are responsible for checking important backups and maintaining additional copies of information where appropriate.
No backup, storage, or synchronization system can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or data loss.
Mizanly may offer a Free version supported by advertising and one or more paid Mizanly Pro products.
Mizanly Pro may include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and/or a lifetime purchase where available.
Purchases made through Google Play are processed according to the applicable Google Play billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules.
A Mizanly lifetime purchase means access to the purchased Mizanly Pro entitlement for the supported lifetime of the Mizanly consumer service or account, subject to applicable law and continued availability of the service. It does not constitute a guarantee that any software service will operate indefinitely.
Eligible Free users may see advertisements supplied through Google AdMob. Advertising availability, personalization, and privacy choices may depend on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.
You agree not to:
Mizanly may change, improve, remove, or introduce features for technical, security, legal, business, or product reasons.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain reliability and user access, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Mizanly may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Drive, Google Play, Google AdMob, and other Google services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and policies.
Your use of Mizanly is also governed by the Mizanly Privacy Policy.
You may delete your Mizanly account using the supported in-app account deletion feature or request deletion through the public account deletion page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mizanly is provided on an "as available" basis. No representation is made that every calculation, projection, exchange rate, reminder, notification, backup, or financial insight will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
These Terms may be updated when Mizanly's services, business model, legal requirements, or product functionality change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
